HURRY! Book your tickets for our 2017 Fundraising Dinner on Saturday 1 July

It’s time to book your tickets for our big event of the year!

For our 2017 Fundraising Dinner we are using a new venue and we have engaged new caterers, The Real Junk Food Project. Once again we are celebrating Refugee Week and the work of ASSIST, but because Refugee Week once again falls during Ramadan we’ve chosen a slightly later date.

Venue: Trafalgar Warehouse, 120 Trafalgar Street, S1 4JT See Google Maps
Date: Saturday 1 July, doors open at 6:30pm, Dinner served at 7:30pm

The evening will include:

  • A three course meal served at your table (meat /vegetarian /vegan options available)
  • A bar for the purchase of wine, beer and soft drinks
  • The last chance to place a bid for some of the amazing promises in our Auction of Promises, which will be run online during June
  • Other fun and games
  • An opportunity to meet other ASSIST supporters and, if you are new to ASSIST, find out more about our work

Tickets are £25 each and can be purchased online from assistdinner2017.eventbrite.co.uk where a booking fee will be charged) or from the ASSIST office, where you will be able to fill out a booking form (see file attachments below) and pay by cheque. If you are calling into the office especially to book your tickets, please phone ahead on 0114 275 4960 to check that we are open.
